Aruba is looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to provide an excellent customer dining experience. Our restaurant has 180 seats and some of the best views in town - so its no wonder we need an energetic and confident individual, someone who has an excellent track record in hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced service environment. Our focus is on professionalism and providing a superior customer experience.

Excellent communication is essential to build a rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

You will be able to demonstrate the following -

Attributes and experience required:

• At least 1 years' Restaurant Supervisory experience
• Strong motivational and influential people skills
• An unquestionable passion for customer service, standards and professionalism
• Clean and tidy appearance and good personal hygiene
• An approachable manner and a "can-do" attitude
  
• Able to organise time effectively, forward plan and prioritise tasks
• An eye for detail and the ability to drive consistent standards
• The ability to recruit, coach and develop your team
• The ability to delegate and to take instruction
• Ability to think on your feet why under pressure
