About you...

Aruba is looking for an hardworking, relentless and focused individual to provide brilliant support to the wider bar team. Our bar, "the largest square bar in Bournemouth", can be very unpredictable and demanding, so this position is ideal for someone who thrives on getting stuck in to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

The role requires physical labor - lifting glass trays, maneuvering beer barrels and stock.

You will be able to demonstrate the following;

Required Experience & Attributes:

• Be punctual and attentive
• Able to listen, learn and share your knowledge with others
• Excellent time keeping
• Reliable, honest and trustworthy
• A team player
• Available for Christmas and New Year
