We are currently recruiting for a Reception Manager to work with the Front of House Manager and Rooms Division Manager in promoting our Red Carnation Hotels & Forbes 5 Star standards, as well as training and developing our team members.
Duties of the Reception Manager will include:
The ideal candidate for the Reception Manager position should:
• Have previous experience in a similar role within the 5 star hospitality
environment.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Have strong attention to detail.
• Have strong leadership & people management skills.
• Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage workload effectively.
• Have a friendly & outgoing personality.
• Be enthusiastic & flexible (need to work 5 days over 7 day period,
inclusive of some weekends).
• Be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
