Be fully familiar with all Front of House systems and procedures, ensuring they are implemented consistently while on duty.
Train, lead, and motivate the team to ensure all duties are carried out in line with Hotel Standards.
Supervise daily operations in a hands-on capacity in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
Assist the reception team with all arrivals and departures in a friendly, efficient manner consistent with Hotel Standards.
Support the reservations team with reservation processing as required.
Operate the computerized system for reservations, arrivals, and departures, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Contribute to the department’s goal of providing guests with the highest levels of care and personal attention, anticipating their needs and taking initiative to exceed expectations wherever possible.
