We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join the culinary team at our award-winning luxury hotel. This role is essential to the smooth running of the kitchen operation and plays a key part in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.

Location: Cong, County Mayo, Ireland.
Employment type: Full-Time.
Working pattern: 5 days over 7 days (including some weekends & Bank Holidays).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain kitchen areas in a safe, clean, hygienic, and hazard-free condition.

• Carry out cleaning duties in line with the kitchen cleaning schedule.

• Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists accurately.

• Support the kitchen team by ensuring work areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and ready for use.

• Adhere to all Health & Safety and HACCP guidelines at all times.

• Enthusiastic and flexible, with availability to work 3–4 days over a 7-day period, including some weekends.

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
