Kitchen Porter – Luxury Hotel
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join the culinary team at our award-winning luxury hotel. This role is essential to the smooth running of the kitchen operation and plays a key part in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
Location: Cong, County Mayo, Ireland.
Employment type: Full-Time.
Working pattern: 5 days over 7 days (including some weekends & Bank Holidays).

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain kitchen areas in a safe, clean, hygienic, and hazard-free condition.
Carry out cleaning duties in line with the kitchen cleaning schedule.
Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists accurately.
Support the kitchen team by ensuring work areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and ready for use.
Adhere to all Health & Safety and HACCP guidelines at all times.

A friendly, positive, and approachable attitude.
Enthusiastic and flexible, with availability to work 3–4 days over a 7-day period, including some weekends.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and manage workload effectively.
