Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Oversee the entire guest journey — from arrival to departure — ensuring each guest receives a memorable and personalised experience.
- Operations Management: Lead the daily operations across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, ensuring smooth, efficient service.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- Brand Advocacy: Embody and promote the Indigo brand values, ensuring our unique character and service philosophy are evident in every guest interaction.
- Financial Performance: Support strategic initiatives to drive revenue, control costs, and maximise overall profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Uphold strict compliance with health and safety standards, local regulations, and company policies while maintaining a welcoming and safe environment.

- Proven experience in hotel operations management, ideally within a lifestyle or boutique brand.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
