• Previous experience as a Night Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a hotel.

• Strong knowledge of Front Office and hotel operations.

• Hands-on leadership style, leading by example and motivating the night team.

• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
