The Role
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for coding invoices, setting up new accounts, reconciling bank and credit accounts monthly, verifying payment of invoices associated with accounts payable, ensuring payments are charged to the appropriate accounts, and reviewing the company’s accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies.

The Requirements
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, we would love you to have:
Three to five years of accounting experience.
Experience with multi-unit entities and inter-company transactions .
High proficiency with accounting software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
