Role Description 

Leading the attractions team, you are responsible for the delivery of a high-class entertainment experience by cultivating an environment of high-energy engagement and Guest Journey Management.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Prior restaurant, hotel or entertainment management experience with at least 2 recent years as Salaried Leader in a high-volume venue  
  • Relentless-but intentional-spirit of innovation 
  • Excellent communication, time management and organization skills 
  • Lead by example by demonstrating The Cube’s Core Values  
  • Develop team through coaching and purposeful feedback 
  • Drive Associate engagement and entrepreneurial spirit  
  • Promote safe operational standards for both Guest and Associate safety 
  • Hold leaders accountable for managing venue operations 
  • Delegate and follow-up on the completion of tasks 
  • Interact with Guests to ensure they are always getting the best possible experience 
  • Leverage business metrics and trends to drive performance and to maximize profit and revenue 

Other Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Ensure all Game staff training is completed in a timely manner and documented correctly.  
  • Proactively contribute to and suggest ways of improving company processes. 
  • Design and implement new procedures as directed by the senior team. 

Skills 

Technical 

  • 10 years of Guest Service experience.  
  • 5 years of experience in a Salaried Leadership position. 
  • Experience in a competitive socializing or games venue.  
  • Experience working in high volume venues 

Personal  

  • Confident and enthusiastic manner. 
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts that may include weekends and holidays 
  • Positive, ‘Can do’ attitude, picking up any additional responsibilities to help the wider team. 
  • Engaging and pleasant persona to extend the customer experience. 
  • A keen eye for detail, never compromising standards and keen to deliver an amazing service. 
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changes. 
  • Excellent verbal and written English is required for this role.
