Description
Avalon Beverly Hills Hotel is looking for an Overnight Front Office Manager.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Overnight Front Office Manager is the first point of contact for guests on the overnight shift. The Overnight Front Office Manager provides and ensures an excellent and memorable first impression.

Job Overview
• Assume responsibility for supervision of the Hotel property and all Colleagues on the overnight shift in the absence of department heads
• Communicate daily with department heads regarding areas of concern
• Resolve any guest or property related situation and manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby
• Oversee the daily closing of accounts
• Successfully execute departmental and hotel policies (to include but not limited to relocation procedures, safe deposit box procedures, auditing accuracy of cards with proper signatures, key control procedures, accurate billing, cashiering, safety, lost/found policy, etc.)
• Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with team members across all departments

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of Front Desk experience
• Flexibility to work overnight and weekend shifts
• Able to work under pressure
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in Windows, Office, and property management systems highly desirable

Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
