Job Description
As the primary point of contact for guest interactions in the Restaurant, the Server will be responsible for maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for guests in the restaurant and provide excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate will also be able to prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant customers and will interact with customers, take orders, serve snacks and drinks as necessary and will be passionate about hospitality and have a high level of service skills and interpersonal skills.

MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY.

Job Overview
- Oversee table maintenance
- Make beverage and dining suggestions and describe the items to guests
- Take/serve orders and answer all guest inquiries
- Deliver drinks & food to tables
- Collaborate with other Lobby Lounge servers, Management and Culinary colleagues
- Handle complaints or challenges with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Maintain the quality and consistency of the guest experience
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Requirements
- Experience in a luxury or lifestyle hospitality environment preferred
- Service-oriented and passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexible schedule - Willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Experience as bartender
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
