Job Overview

Proper hospitality is interviewing candidates for Line Cook. Candidates should have professional kitchen experience, including working a hot line. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction. Experience in a full service restaurant is desired. Must have a flexible schedule. Responsibilities

Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the Chef ·
Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
Food preparation and portioning prior to service
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
