Senior Human Resources Coordinator

Job Overview

Proper Hospitality is looking for a Senior Human Resources Coordinator. The Senior Human Resources Coordinator will report directly to Property General Manager and manage all aspects of property human resources including but not limited to recruitment, benefits administration, recognition, safety, training coordination etc. This is a property level position and will be based at the Avalon Beverly Hills. The right candidate will be collaborative, approachable and visible on property. S/he must possess superior communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to be an effective listener and problem solver while working with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2-3 years of previous Human Resources experience required
• Hospitality experience required
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to exercise good judgement and decision making
• Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate time management skills
• Microsoft Office Proficient
