Avra is looking for Floor Managers! The Avra Group has locations in New York and LA, and will be expanding and opening new locations in the near future!

• 2+ years of NYC restaurant experience
• A track record of success at a management level
• An upbeat and enthusiastic personality
• Passion to deliver great food and impeccable guest service
• Commitment to building teams focused on sustained excellence
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
• Ability to work as a team
• A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holiday
• Previous serving experience a plus
