Hospitality staffing with a service heart. At Your Service Staffing books catering staff at black tie events across the country. The Client Relations and Staffing Manager’s primary responsibility is to book staff on events for food service providers, caterers and venues. Our managers work in teams of 2-3 to hire and staff on-call waiters and bartenders to work at upcoming events for our clients. Managing client relationships, addressing staff concerns and handling some Payroll/HR activity are also part of this role.
Responsibilities
• Book on-call waiters and bartenders on black tie banquets and catered events
• Manage the recruiting, interviewing, training and onboarding process for all new hires
• Address client concerns and manage client relationships over the phone and via email
• Attend client meetings and manage staff check in at client events as needed
• Manage and oversee standards and qualities of all personnel
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality management
• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, business or related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Willingness to work alone or in a small team
• Ability to communicate and build relationships on the phone and via email
• Experience using Paychex Flex or MyStaffingPro a plus
