JOB SUMMARY

Serve food and drinks in a timely manner on the floor. Follow Customer service guidelines. Maintain a clean, attractive environment, in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A review of this description has excluded the marginal functions of this job which are incidental to the performance of fundamental job duties. All duties or requirements are essential job functions. Guests come first so the expectation is that 80% of your job will be

  • Serve and greet guests 
  • Take drink orders to guests on floor 
  • Take drink orders from guests at bar 
  • Take orders for food from guests if need be 
  • Ring in orders in to POS system 
  • Sweep floor in your section 
  • Satisfy guest complaints promptly 
  • Develop and maintain high ticket average by up-selling 

The side work should only take a maximum 20% or less of your shift. Side work entails restocking the line, refill of Rail and drink mixes 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Basic knowledge of how to mix drinks a plus

Language Skills: 

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization

Mathematical Skills: 

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

  • TIPS Card 
  • Gaming License
