Prepares food and ensures quality food service is provided at all times. Communicate effectively with coworkers and management. Adhere to safety procedures and follow sanitation guidelines and adhere to all Company standards, policies and procedures

Specified preparation of all menu items.
Food preparation
Sanitation (cleaning cooking line, sanitation buckets, empty garbage, etc…)
Rotation of all stock
Maintain high cooking standards
Side work-cleaning, restocking, etc…
Cost control
Clean-up duties – line area, grill fryer, microwave, floors, cooler and freezers
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
No experience necessary – will train.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
