As the Manager of our Mayfair location, you will lead a team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving the success of our wine-forward philosophy.

As Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of our two bar Mayfair operation, ensuring smooth daily running, exceptional customer service, and team development. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership & Team Development
  
  

• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to uphold BEBEME’s high standards.

• Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.

• Guest Experience
  
  

• Act as an ambassador for BEBEME, guiding customers on their wine journey with personalized recommendations.

• Share insights into wine production, sustainability initiatives, and the stories behind our offerings.

• Operational Excellence
  
  

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Manage inventory, stock control, and equipment maintenance.

• Implement Health & Safety protocols, including COSHH compliance.

• Event Execution
  
  

• Collaborate with senior management to plan and deliver wine tastings, private events, and promotional activities.

• Negotiable salary of £32,000 per year depending on experience, plus tips of around 3k - 4k per year

• 33 days of holiday (pro-rated), including bank holidays.

• Career growth opportunities through training and professional development.

• Access to a Nest Pension Scheme after 3 months.

• Up to 10 days of paid sick leave after probation completion.

We’re looking for a leader with:

• Experience: At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role in hospitality, preferably with a focus on wine.

• Knowledge: WSET Level 2 or above preferred.

• Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and confidence in using EPOS systems.

• Passion: A deep enthusiasm for wine, sustainability, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

• Personality: Friendly, approachable, and driven to inspire and grow your team.
