We are looking for an On Trade Sales Manager to join the BeBeMe team and drive growth across London.
BeBeMe is an independent wine importer and distributor, working directly with small, family-run wineries that focus on organic, biodynamic and sustainable practices.
Alongside our trade business, we operate our own venues including wine bars in Mayfair and Elephant & Castle, as well as our Italian restaurant Bottles in Spitalfields, now part of the BeBeMe group.
Our trade arm is a distinct and fast-growing part of the business, supplying restaurants, bars and retailers across London and the UK.

The role
Drive new business across London, building a strong pipeline of on-trade clients
Develop and manage your own portfolio of accounts
Build long-term relationships with buyers, sommeliers and operators
Represent BeBeMe in the market through meetings, tastings and events
Support clients in creating commercially strong and relevant wine lists
Work closely with internal teams on orders, stock flow and logistics
Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to overall sales strategy
What we are looking for
Previous experience in wine sales or on-trade hospitality
Strong understanding of the London restaurant and bar scene
Confident in winning new business as well as maintaining relationships
Existing network is beneficial
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Clear and confident communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
