  Summary of role

The BF Team Member works as part of the team in a Bagel Factory shop, supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

The primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service by crafting high-quality bagels and drinks to company standards.

Key focuses of the role include teamwork, following the key steps of Bagel Factory service, preparing and serving delicious bagels and hot drinks, maintaining cleanliness and always greeting customers with a warm smile.

Key Responsibilities

v  To build positive relationships and collaborate effectively with all staff members

v  To serve customers efficiently, politely and with a friendly approach

v  To always follow Bagel Factory W.O.W.S customer experience pillars: welcome, order, work and say goodbye

v  To perform all essential shop tasks, including operating the till, making coffee, preparing bagels, receiving and stocking deliveries and keeping the workspace clean and organized

v  To complete all required training promptly

v  To understand and uphold Bagel Factory standards and procedures

v  To demonstrate proficiency with core  ingredients and products, including: sauces, creams, vegetables, meats, cheeses, syrups, and specialty elixirs

v  To ensure all products are prepared and presented according to Bagel Factory recipes, using the correct utensils and equipment

v  To maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety

v  To support and mentor new or trainee team members.

v  Mystery Shopper results

v  Health & Safety audit results

v  Customer service standards and feedback

v  EHO scores.
