What are we looking for?

We are looking for outstanding candidates for our Beverage Director which is responsible for the overall beverage program in all of our BNEG properties.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is:
• Creative: menu development and innovation with promotions and products.
• Familiar with bar design and set-up.
• Responsible: training and development of bar managers
• Knowledgeable: requires heavy liquor, cocktail creation and working directly with distributors.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role
