Pizza Maker

The Pizza Makers priority is to prepare dishes in the kitchen, set up workstations and ingredients in accordance with the standards of the restaurant.

Primary Duties

• Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties.
• Prepare doughs daily, including managing their fermentation and development.
• Label and stock all ingredients to be organized and easily accessible.
• Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking.
• Prepare ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by approved procedures, sanitizing surfaces, etc.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Comply with sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Essential

• Prior experience in preparing foods
• Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
• Provide legible communication.

Desirable

• High school graduate or equivalent culinary training certificate.

Physical Abilities

• Exert physical effort in transporting 5 to 40 pounds.
• Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.
• Reach heights of 6 feet.
• Remain in stationary position for undetermined length of time throughout work shift.
