WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
This role is responsible for all areas of mise en place relating to menu items and specials in designated station/s as well as protein/plate counts for service and upholding the highest standards and a very solid understanding of all aspects of a modern fine-dining kitchen, culinary techniques and ingredients.
