At 67 Pall Mall the Pastry Chef de Partie is an integral part of our Kitchen team, responsible for delivering a high-quality level of food at all times. We are seeking a vibrant individual to join our Kitchen team on a full-time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, produce and present high-quality pastry, desserts, and baked goods in line with menu standards
- Ensure consistency and excellent presentation across all pastry offerings
- Assist in the development of new dishes and seasonal menu changes
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times
- Manage your section efficiently during service, ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Support junior team members, including Commis Chefs, where required
- Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage

- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a high quality and busy environment
