Role overview: As a Back of House Attendant at COMO Hotels and Resorts, you will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitisation of the kitchens, back of house, and restaurant areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitization of the kitchens, back of house, and restaurant areas.
• Remove and dispose of all rubbish and carry our general cleaning tasks as instructed
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemicals
• Participate in periodic deep cleaning of the kitchen, including equipment, storage areas, and hard-to-reach spaces, to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are consistently maintained

• Customer Service Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive: Approach tasks with a self driven attitude
• Team Player: Ability to work within a team as well as alone
