PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
▪ To deliver excellent standards of service that exceed the customer expectation
▪ To promote a welcoming and inclusive team environment
▪ To foster an environment of people development that promotes training and internal progression

resolve any issues in a positive and professional way
▪ To ensure the implementation of all company policies and procedures and to
provide timely feedback to management on how the policies and procedures could
evolve to ensure a continually improving customer experience
▪ To attend training and team meetings as required
▪ To communicate company policies, brand guidelines, company procedures and standards to ensure that these are fully understood, implemented, and adhered to by all team members
▪ To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably requested by the company
▪ To ensure they complete their flow training within the set deadlines
