PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

▪ To consistently deliver good standards of food as per specs provided

▪ To carry out instructions given by SCOD

▪ To complete all storage, stock rotation and cleaning tasks as given by SCOD

▪ Promote a welcoming and inclusive team environment

▪ To foster an environment of people development that promotes training and internal progression

▪ To attend training and team meetings as required

▪ To undertake any such other duties as may be reasonably requested by the company

▪ To fully understand the Balans concept and mission statement and to enthusiastically ensure all team members are proficient in this area and can effectively communicate to others

▪ To ensure they complete their flow training within the set deadlines
