We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth front-of-house operations, overseeing the waitstaff, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences, we invite you to be a key influencer at our restaurant.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dining area, ensuring high service standards.

- Supervise and mentor waitstaff, providing guidance to maintain a positive work environment.

- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.

- Collaborate with the management team to organize and execute special events and promotions.

- Monitor reservation systems and optimize seating arrangements to ensure efficient guest flow.

- Assist in training and development programs for front-of-house staff.

- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.

 

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar front-of-house role within the hospitality industry.

- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.

- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic administrative tasks.
