Job description
We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join the team at Balthazar Restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden.
Balthazar restaurant is renowned for delivering a friendly and flawless service within a Parisian style, lively and bustling brassiere. The French brasserie and bistro dishes combine the best ingredients with the most traditional methods to produce food of exceptional quality. The restaurant delivers all day dining from a team who are passionate about delivering friendly, relaxed and energetic service in a vibrant and fast paced environment.
Working between 6am and 3pm, the successful candidate will produce high quality dishes from scratch whilst maintaining the high standards and expectations of the restaurant.
We are ideally looking for a Breakfast Chef who:
• Has previous experience as a Breakfast Chef in high quality, busy destination restaurant or hotel
• Has a passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients
• Has a keen desire to learn and is a highly motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Takes pride in the presentation and quality of their work
