What You’ll Do as a Chef:

• Organise, coordinate, and deliver a smooth and efficient breakfast service in our fast-paced kitchen.
• Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes to specification, ensuring consistency and speed during peak morning hours.
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure seamless service from open to close.
• Support and guide kitchen assistants and porters during breakfast prep and service.
• Ensure your breakfast section is fully prepped, stocked, and organised ahead of service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times, following food safety standards.
