What you'll do 

  • You will be responsible for delivering 5-star service, exciting cocktails and drinks. This will include creating a bespoke experience for our guests through our cocktails and menu offerings, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
  • Sometimes our guests have special requests involving improvise special drinks off the menu or particular food request and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our bartender

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a luxury bar environment: Worked as a bartender in a five-star hotel, upscale restaurant, or high-end venue.
  • Knowledge of drinks and cocktail-making: Understand classic and modern cocktails. Know wines, spirits, beer, and bar techniques.
  • Clean, safe, and efficient work under pressure: Stay organized, keep the bar tidy, and work quickly without mistakes.
  • Friendly and clear communication in English: Talk confidently with guests and team members.
  • Attention to hygiene and stock control: Keep the bar clean. Rotate and monitor stock, manage mise-en-place.

Preferred Skills and Experiences

  • Formal training or mixology qualification: Completed a course in cocktail-making or beverage service.
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards: Understand guest expectations and service quality in upscale settings.
  • Experience with seasonal menus and creativity: Help develop or serve new drink menus. Bring creativity and flair to drinks.
  • Storytelling and guest engagement: Share the story behind drinks. Enhance the guest experience through presentation and conversation
