We are currently recruiting for a Senior Bartender for our exclusive May Fair Bar, located within 5 Star The May Fair Hotel.

Overview:

• An amazing opportunity to join our May Fair Bar as a Senior Bartender. This vibrant bar and restaurant is located within our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel.
• As a Senior Bartender, you will be working a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of our kitchen brands and our Edwardian Hotels standards.
• Be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros Is able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micro's competency tests.

About You:

• Previous bar tender experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar operation is essential.
• Demonstrates excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
• Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest liquor and food trends.
