We are currently recruiting for a Head Waiter/ Waitress for our iconic May Fair Bar based within 5 Star The May Fair, A Radisson Luxury Collection Hotel.
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join May Fair Bar as a Head Waiter/ress.
As a Head Waiter/ Waitress you will direct the food and beverage operations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
You will ensure that the waiting team deliver the highest standards by serving all tables promptly and efficiently with a friendly manner. You will ensure that all guests are asked about allergens and any personal requirements and that food and drinks are presented elegantly to guests.
About You:
Current in-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage trends within a Restaurant or hotel restaurant environment.
Capable of demonstrating leadership skills.
The ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results.
Works well with others and understands the importance of teamwork.
