We are currently recruiting for a Bar Manager for our Exclusive newly relaunched May Fair Bar, located within the 5 Star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview:

·       An amazing opportunity to join our exclusive May Fair Bar located within our 5 Star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel as a Bar Manager.

·       You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the May Fair Bar operation.

·       Achieve hotel revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the food and beverage operation.

·       Direct the food and beverage operations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.

·       Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by requesting feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.

About You:

·       Current in-depth beverage experience within a high-end liquor led operation.

·       Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and change management.

·       The ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results.

·       A proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations.
