The Role

As a Bartender, you will be at the heart of The NICI experience, serving expertly crafted drinks, delivering polished service, and creating memorable moments for our guests. You’ll work in a lively, high-energy environment alongside a passionate team, helping to set the standard for luxury bar experiences in Newquay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard

• Deliver personalised, attentive service with energy and professionalism

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area

• Assist with stock management, inventory, and bar supplies

• Collaborate with the bar team and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Engage guests with enthusiasm and knowledge of drinks, menus, and recommendations

About You

• Previous bartending experience in a luxury, high-volume, or fine dining environment preferred

• Passionate about mixology, guest service, and hospitality

• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

• Flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to service
