Dakota Hotels are coming to Newcastle city centre in early 2025 and we are seeking an outgoing individual with waiting experience for the role of Bar Assistant to deliver exceptional service to our guests on the bar floor. Working predominantly evening shifts, this role is ideal for individuals who may have day-time commitments. 

CONTRACT 

We have both full-time and part-time contracts available: 

• 30 hours over 5 days 
• 14 hours over 2/3 days

Both roles include working weekends. 

PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Ideally situated by the Gateshead Millennium Bridge on the quayside, our hotel will boast 118 bedrooms including stunning 33 suites. Dakota Newcastle will host our renowned Bar & Grill, Champagne Room, Cigar Terrace, and an events space for up to 60.
