The Role

You're not just taking orders. You're setting the tone. As a Waiter at Bar Kroketa you'll be the energy in the room — knowledgeable about the food, confident recommending from our ever-changing kroketa board, and fluent in everything from jamón Ibérico to a glass of Txakoli. You'll work a busy, fast floor across breakfst, lunch, dinner, and bar service. We want people who move with purpose, talk to guests like humans, and genuinely love what they're serving.

We're looking for a minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume, quality-led restaurant or bar environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering warm, knowledgeable service across all covers
  • Owning your section with confidence and good humour
  • Building genuine connections with guests, not just transactions
  • Mastering the menu — food, drinks, producers, provenance
  • Working closely with kitchen and bar for seamless service
  • Upholding allergen awareness and food safety standards at all times

Who you are
