Bar des Pre´s, Mayfair is Cyril Lignac’s first restaurant outside France and is the international flagship. Its ethos will mirror the original site, however fresh design features, dishes and cocktails which suit the London location give this Bar des Pre´s a unique and charismatic flair of its own.

We are currently looking for talented, passionate and dynamic candidate to join our team as a Sous Chef

The ideal Sous Chef will:

  • Have relevant experience working with seasonal produce
  • Assist in the management and training of Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs
  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Prepare, cook and present dishes
  • Adhere to and maintain health and safety checklists and food hygiene
  • Be a passionate, efficient and good team player
  • To assume the running and management of the kitchen team in absence of the senior management team.
  • To manage weekly stocks, including ordering and stock rotation, and inventories
