We are now looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade and help deliver consistently outstanding desserts and guest experiences.

  • Prepare and execute all pastry and dessert items to the highest standard
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene within the pastry section
  • Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and wider kitchen team
  • Support junior team members with guidance and training
  • Uphold the brand’s values of elegance, excellence, and warmth
