We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sommelier to join our team and support our beverage programme with skill, knowledge, and thoughtful service.

Your Role:
Bring previous experience as a Sommelier or in a similar high-end restaurant or luxury hotel role.
Possess strong knowledge of wine regions, grape varieties, vintages, and service techniques.
Confidently recommend and discuss wines to enhance the guest experience.
Work closely with the culinary team to deliver thoughtful food and wine pairings.
Demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and guest-focused service.
Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a high-energy environment.
