We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our dynamic kitchen team within a bustling environment, featuring a vibrant retail restaurant and various hospitality and event services.

Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:

  • Culinary Leadership: Recruit, lead, and manage a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Embrace a culture of continuous learning for yourself and your team.
  • Menu Innovation: Design and implement exciting, balanced, seasonal and nutritious menus that cater to a wide range of tastes and dietary requirements.  Keep up-to-date with food innovation within the business and on the high street. 
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrate strong GP management and financial awareness, controlling costs effectively while maintaining quality.
  • Inventory & Ordering: Efficiently manage ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships to ensure optimal product availability and minimise waste.
  • People Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with your team, customers, and other kery stakeholders. Your collaborative spirit will be key to our success.
  • Health & Safety Champion: Maintain an unwavering commitment to the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Operational Excellence: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working diligently to meet and exceed the company's and the client's goals.
