We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating high-quality cakes and desserts and enjoys working in a professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, bake, and finish a range of fine cakes, desserts, pastries, and sweet products to a high standard
  • Maintain consistency in presentation, taste, and quality
  • Assist with dessert preparation for afternoon and evening
  • Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards are followed at all times
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients when required
  • Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team 
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of cake decorating, dessert preparation, and baking techniques
  • Attention to detail and a passion for quality presentation
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, organised, and punctual
Hours
  • 16 hours per week contract
  • Afternoon and evening shifts - Monday to Friday
