• Develop and deliver our IT strategy, ensuring our technology supports every aspect of the business.
• Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee information security and compliance with standards such as GDPR, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
• Champion a “cloud-first” approach to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and budgets to ensure value and reliability.
• Foster a culture of service excellence, ensuring our technology empowers our people to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
