Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our marketing team at Barons Eden, to work across a diverse range of projects, predominantly digital marketing implementation. We are a collection of luxury spa and hotel destinations based in the UK, with our head office in Morton-in-Marsh.

As a passionate marketing executive, you will have had at least 2 years experience working in a marketing role. You’ll have the ability and initiative to take control of briefs and help to develop the marketing activity with a solid understanding of all aspects of the process: from concept through to implementation.

What we need from you:

The role of the marketing executive is to assist the marketing manager in executing and delivering on the marketing plan, making sure activities are delivered on time and on budget. This will encompass creative, digital and administrative responsibilities to promote the Barons Eden brand.

·         Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns

·         Digital marketing – website updates, training will be given to use our CMS system.

·         Email marketing – with the relevant training given, you will also be working on email campaigns.

·         Copywriting – to work alongside the creative team on brand tone of voice and content.

·         Working with the creative design team on campaign ideas and implementation.

·         Liaising with suppliers and publications.

·         General marketing administration where required.

·         Ad Hoc competitor research.

·         Performance monitoring.

Skills and Experience

·         Experience in a similar role

·         Strong communication skills

·         Creativity and writing skills

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Can-do attitude

·         Efficient when multi-tasking, and being able to use initiative

·         Full driving license
