Hoar Cross Hall Spa & Hotel is nestled in the heart of Staffordshire. Our award-winning resort boasts one of the largest state-of-the-art spas in Europe, stylish bedrooms, spectacular grounds, and AA Rosette dining.

Eden Hall Spa is an award-winning day spa retreat located in the heart of Nottinghamshire, where you can experience luxury treatments, state-of-the-art facilities and most importantly, total relaxation. Eden Spa has just launched a £4m outdoor Spa garden, one of the finest of its type in Europe.

Our business is multi-dimensional and includes - amongst other things - leisure, corporate, and membership revenue streams. We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive and effective Senior Account Manager for our busy marketing department, managing internal clients and working with our internal creative team and external Agencies.

Duties of the role will include:

Day-to-day management and implementation of marcomms campaigns and individual projects for Hoar Cross Hall, Eden Hall and Barons Eden

Pro-active leadership that encourages internal and external teams to perform to the best of their ability.

Develop positive working relationships across all internal client, supplier and stakeholder touch points.

Regular communication and liaison with internal clients at a senior level, including regular team meetings at both properties.

Ensure all activity remains on brand.

Generate accurate reports and status updates.

Prepare campaign insights, with measurement and analysis of what is and isn’t working to continually enhance performance.

Develop a clear understanding of our customers and prospects to enhance targeting, brand engagement and drive revenues.

Help to develop and pitch fresh and innovative ideas into the business and across different business areas.

Complete projects on time and within an agreed budget.

Use your knowledge and skills to push internal clients, our creative team and our agencies in the most productive direction.

Input into overall marketing planning and budgeting.

Regular assessment of competitor activity and ‘best in class’ work examples

What we need from you:

*  Proven track record in account management with strong project management skills

*  Broad experience across brand, PR and direct response, with a particular focus on digital applications (website, social media, email campaigns, Linkedin etc)

*  Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

*  Highly organised and solution-orientated

*  Self starter with the ability to work under pressure

*  Detail-orientated and able to prioritise

Good copy checking skills

Spa, hotel or hospitality experience useful but not essential
