Who We’re Looking For:

We want a drinks aficionado with a flair for fun! If you have the strategic mindset to take ownership of our bar and its vibrant energy, we want to hear from you. A winning personality, passion for hospitality, and the ability to be a real team player are essential. Bring your enthusiasm and unique character to help us create unforgettable experiences!

Role Responsibilities:

• Be the star-maker! Your cocktail crafting skills and lively personality will be at the heart of our bustling bar, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
• Develop and deliver quarterly business plans that keep the excitement flowing.
• Lead by example: train, coach, and nurture a winning team.
• Manage your bar P&L 
• Oversee safety, security, and licensing aspects of the business.
• Utilize our guest experience platform to elevate service and standards.
• Foster a fun, engaging culture that reflects our brand ethos and standards.
• Conduct monthly reviews with your team to support their growth and development.
• Uphold service standards and manage duties during operating hours.
• Most importantly - have FUN!
