• Take ownership of the guest journey, ensuring service is fast, friendly and consistently brilliant
• Lead the team through busy matchdays, major sporting events and high-volume trading periods
• Get involved with our games, events and activations to keep guests entertained and engaged
• Coach and develop team members, helping them build their confidence, skills and careers
• Support the management team with training, team briefings, rotas and day-to-day operations
• Monitor service, standards and performance throughout the shift and step in wherever needed
• Handle guest feedback confidently and turn problems into positive experiences
• Drive sales and commercial performance while keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do
• Help create a team culture that is fun, supportive, ambitious and obsessed with great hospitality
