Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the front of the house team
- Deal with customer requests
- Maintain smooth service at all time
- Lead and manage a team over 10 people
- Overseeing daily operations
- Deal with customer complaints
- Monitoring team efficiency
- Maintain the restaurant clean and neat at all times
- Deal with maintenance requests
- Work with booking system
- Opening and closing procedures
- Handling cash/card transactions
- Stock control
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant management role
- Fluent in English language
- Be able to work day/night shifts
- Be able to do overtime when required
- Work on weekends
- The ability to work well with others
- Work well under pressure
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Problem solving
- Fast thinker
- Excellent customer service skills
- Leadership skill
- Good attention to details
