RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of overseeing the pizza section.
- Ensuring all preps are completed daily.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in pizza section.
- Responsible for Health & Hygiene in pizza section
- Deal with customer requests.
- Opening & closing procedures.
- Deal with ordering and stock control of pizza section.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English language.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a pizza chef working with Napolitana pizzas.
- Be able to work day/night shifts.
- Be able to work overtime when required.
- The ability to work with others.
- Work well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to details.
