We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Facility Maintenance Technician to join our bakery chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across our main bakery and ten retail locations, ensuring a safe, functional, and efficient environment for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to facility operations and equipment.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in facility maintenance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Availability:

• Flexible to work between 20 to 40 hours per week, with a schedule that accommodates the needs of the bakery and retail locations.
